Project Rapha
Project Rapha is a faith-based organization that implements Christ, teaching sustainability, accountability, healing, empowerment, transformation, self-awareness, social awareness and self love. It was found and assigned to Sharon Archield in 2021 during a time that was quite difficult for her as she grieved the loss of her father. After God had given her many dreams and visions of her reaching and rescuing women and children she finally made the decision to move in her purpose to help those who struggle in their personal growth. Her love for God and for people is the foundation of Project Rapha. With the help of her team of women who also have desires to see women grow and succeed they are helping improve the world one individual at a time. Empowering today empowers the next generation.
Our Mission and Vision
Our mission and vision is to enhance, equip, and empower individuals through faith with the necessary tools to build, evolve, achieve, and regain a greater love for themselves and those connected to them. We aim to help restore hope to those who have been vulnerable to hurt, pain, abandonment, un-forgiveness, and to help one recognize their own self-worth to grow personally.
Ultimately, to help create a better world in which all can determine the course of their lives to reach their full potential.

Through mentoring local youth in the community and hosting empowering events to build, encourage and inspire women in the community, we are creating a positive outlook of how to take something challenging and turn into what could create leadership and positive mindsets.
